Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to our website, quotations and executed projects.

Quotations

All quotations are valid for 30 days and are based on the drawings, scope and material specification agreed at the time of issue.

Payments

Projects run on a milestone payment schedule defined in the work order. Work commences after receipt of the booking advance.

Timelines

Timelines are estimated from the date of design freeze and site handover, and exclude delays caused by approvals, client changes or force majeure.

Variations

Any change in scope, material or layout after design freeze is quoted separately and may affect the delivery schedule.

Warranty

We provide a workmanship warranty on our execution along with applicable manufacturer warranties on materials and hardware. Normal wear, misuse or third-party alterations are excluded.
